As the year comes to an end, it’s time to reflect on Motion Software’s biggest and most exciting year to date. 2022 is a year we’ll all remember for its challenges, achievements and, most of all, for the great opportunities and prospects it yielded.
Here’s a short recap.
Motion Software is now part of the Exadel family
This is by far the year’s biggest highlight and a true milestone in Motion Software’s 7-year history. Exadel is a global software engineering, business consultancy and solutions company that creates transformative strategies, platforms, and products businesses need in order to expand.
It was our shared values and innovative problem-solving expertise that attracted Exadel to Motion Software. Both companies strongly believe in the deep-client-relationships approach, a people-first culture, and location-independent way of working.
One thing is certain. Motion Software’s focus remains the same – delivering outstanding remote work experiences and signature benefits through our remote work platform, and providing our clients with an even greater pool of talent to choose from.
Best Employer Award
The feedback from all team members reflecting their sense of happiness and fulfillment at the company is our most valuable metric. However, it’s absolutely thrilling to see our efforts recognized by a wider audience. In September, Motion Software was announced as the Gold prize winner in the category “Best Employer – Remote Team 2022” at the Career Show awards.
It’s our passion to create a workplace where anyone can work from anywhere, while developing the skills and personal qualities required to achieve their life goals. Thank you for recognizing that, Career Show!
Bragging about building successful remote teams is nothing but meaningless marketing rhetoric, unless you really know how to treat your own team and implement tangible remote work practices. Being one of the pioneers of remote working in Southeast Europe, Motion Software is known for doing things differently.
Over the years it became a theme for our company to combine our love of nature and technology. However, this year we took things to the next level. Instead of doing a regular 2-day team building for our company, we’ve decided to introduce a new concept – bringing the office back for just a week or two.
Hold on! We haven’t actually asked people to come back to the office. What we’ve done is to create impromptu office facilities in various remote locations. Several times over the past 12 months, we invited all team members to a co-working and co-living fairytale full of beautiful landscapes, a productive and stress-free work environment, organic food, hikes and so much more. We’ve been to remote villages, mountain ranges, and of course, the sea coast. This has proven to be more than successful as we keep seeing more and more people signing up for these events.
By doing this, we aim to show people the endless possibilities that remote work offers, and how they can utilize it in a way that suits them and their preferences.
TECH IN MOTION – A Series of Community Events
