PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Skillception team approached Motion Software back in October 2021 as their MVP platform development process was getting delayed and blowing the budget. They lacked internal tech resources to fix a long list of bugs which were severely hindering the launch of the platform.
SOLUTION
Motion Software provided a distributed of a Senior Web Developer and a Senior Product Manager. First, they carefully checked the list provided by the client, and the code. Then, a high-level IT consultation with the client was initiated to outline the key pain points and to prioritise bug fixes efficiently.
Motion Software team was able to save Skillception a significant amount of time and money versus the hodgepodge approach they were using before.
RESULTS
Skillception is now live, and the client has a solid R&D partners that continues the further maintenance and development.
