About the job
Engineers on the team today
- Work primarily in TypeScript, React, and GraphQL
- Ship highly optimized (re-render focus) React with a local cache and network communication managed by Apollo Client.
- Turn user stories with designs into completed features that can be demoed to the team
- Develop highly reactive, and real-time interactions that use things like optimistic responses, a localized cache store, and websockets to create a fast application
- Write automated tests with React Testing Library to ensure their code works
What You’ll Do
- Build user interfaces in React consuming our GraphQL API
- Write automated tests for your React components and GraphQL Resolvers
- Write Storybook stories to demo your components and features outside of the app
- Interact with other internal team members to solve problems
About you
- Previous experience as a software engineer
- You are obsessed with excellence and consistently looking to improve
- You are an owner who takes things from start to end
- You are looking to join a team and commit to at least 20 hours per week
