ABOUT the job
We are looking to add a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to the team to help us launch new product features that are critical to our success.
CaseCoach is a technology business. We strive to deliver a beautiful interface, a seamless user experience and the most sophisticated features of the market. This has allowed us to displace several competitors and take the leadership of the market.
The tech stack is Node.js / Angular / Mongodb / Wordpress / AWS.
The tech team is comprised of 3 experienced developers based in Bulgaria and working remotely.
The team is supported by one Quality Assurance associate, an outsourced DevOps team providing 24/7 support, and an outsourced UI design team.
The team follows a lightweight engineering process involving backlog prioritization, code reviews, frequent deploys, and daily standups.
Team members are exposed to all aspects of the business and join our weekly company meetings.

ABOUT the candidate
- Own the development of product features that will directly impact tens of thousands of users
- Work on a variety of tasks, of different type and complexity
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable source code
- Participate in all aspects of our lightweight engineering process
- Continually improve our work through code refactoring and process improvement
- Keep your front-end and back-end development knowledge up to date, and identify opportunities to deploy new technology
Requirements
You will be a perfect match for our team if you have a high standard for your own work, enjoy collaborating with others in an international environment, love taking the user’s perspective, are self-motivated and are able to work independently.
You are a highly-competent developer with the followings skills and experiences:
- Good understanding of programming methods and best practices
- 4+ years of professional experience in web development
- 2+ years of professional experience with Angular
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to build and consume RESTful web services
- Competent with revision control systems (Git)
- Strength in code optimization and performance improvements
- Advanced WordPress development expertise would be a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written English
