Control Now is a UK fintech company specializing in transaction reporting solutions for banks, brokers, and asset managers. Their mission is to provide clients with transparency and control over their data, making transaction reporting more efficient, accurate, and complete.
Our common path
Motion Software started working with Control Now from the very beginning, right when the company was founded back in 2017. Our first task was to allocate a distributed team to develop their MVP that would align with the newly introduced MiFIR regulations.

At present, our client keeps going strong and has managed to successfully develop three main tools that radically simplify trading companies’ regulatory reporting while increasing their accuracy, reducing costs and giving them complete transparency and control over their own data.
Their proprietary Control Box platform powers their products for MiFIR, EMIR, ASIC, IIROC, and MAS. The company now has two product families:
- TR Assurance – includes TR Accuracy (reporting accuracy analysis) and TR Completeness (reporting completeness analysis) – ensuring what you are reporting is right.
- TR Direct – features TR Transformation (intuitive, automated data transformation), TR Accuracy, and TR Connect (submission to the chosen end-point) to make the end to end process as streamlined as possible.

Six years into our work with Control Now we keep providing the necessary remote expertease in helping them revolutionize the market with transparent regulatory reporting.
